My personal information:

• I am from the UK, where I worked for US corporations. I was transferred to Canada and then to the US at different locations. I understand international and domestic relocation. I am married and have three children, all grown up.

• My background is in finance; I have been the head of finance for various divisions of major corporations. I have a wealth of international business development experience in global markets and successful General Management experience in turn around situations.

• I entered the Real Estate business in partnership with a highly successful agent and our team thrived. I learned from him; his negotiating skills, focus, market analysis and most importantly to deliver on your promises every time - without exception or excuse.

• This is a business; I go to work every day, early, just like you do. I don’t take days off. There is always work to be done. I rise and fall on the results of my performance. I believe that is the best motivation to maximize for my clients. It keeps me motivated.
